The end is near. I've had a flexoril for my back and two glasses of wine, so I can't drive down the mountain tonight. I'll take him down in the morning for the last rites. He will probably die before tomorrow morning.

23. Just talked with the oncology clinic ...

Since he has hemangio sarcoma, periodic lung bleeding is to be expected. They were very encouraged that Sirius is not agitated. At their recommendation (I would have done it anyway), I am spreading a pallet to sleep next to Sirius tonight. I'll report in the AM!
