m4a to mp3 or ogg conversion?

(I posted this in the computer forum, but thought that it might get a bit more action here...)


I've got a bunch of m4a audio files, and I'd like to convert them to mp3 or ogg to play on my iRiver, any suggestions as to a freeware (or appropriately uncrippled shareware) utility that could do this?
