Cursed, I tells ya!

I can post at DU all day and get no response. I leave, come back a few hours later, lo and behold, a response. But by the time I see it the thread is dead as a doornail and I don't necessarily want to kick it just to respond.

What's the etiquette? I don't want to be a jerk and not respond, but then, inappropriate kick. What's a girl to do? :shrug: I'm sure it happens a lot here, but it still makes me feel like a jerk.

Anyway, if you responded to me and I did not to you, here's why and sorry.

I think my inherent shyness is what prevents me from doing that. And, this is the only board I post on so I'm still trying to figure out how to be polite to the community in general.
