Can you turn off your pop-up blocker so the player loads up then once it loads correctly, turn it back on?

i am using firefox. i have no idea how to get yours to work,hell i don`t know how i got mine to work!

The network is still wonky; I'm trying to change the programming right now and it's not letting me. Live 365 sent me an email telling me they did a network wide reboot just now and it's still underway. Ugh..
