Can anyone understand the lyrics on "Exile on Main Street"?
33 years later and I still cant make out WTF Jagger is singing on that great album.

1. It's the same with me w/ Veldon Fleece
or R.E.M.'s "Murmur"; classic records that I can't figure out the lyrics of even when I'm stoned..

2. REM -- "Murmur"...my favorite album of all time!!
I was a college dj when that record came out...it blew me away. I have never had a record affect me like that one did. "London Calling" is close, though.

3. For a long time, it was mine, too
I lived in Athens in the late 80's and played in a few bands there (practically everyone who lived there was in a band pretty much)and they were the Kings of the town. Very nice guys; Peter Buck was a great guy..
