I just bought myself the most expensive birthday cake in history |
|
Red velvet with cream cheese frosting - $28.50!!!!!!!!!!!! This is pure highway robbery! I was too lazy to drive down the street to find a cheaper one, plus I was eyeing some scrumptious-looking snickerdoodles, so I went ahead. I must be crazy.

2. Did you get a special one baked and decorated? |
|
I just popped into the Celebrity Cafe & Bakery on my way home and ordered one - couldn't believe how much they charged! It looks pretty, but I didn't get any writing on it. Did it taste worth the $60?

3. you must not live in newyork |

just picking up a small cake costs a fortune. Everybody thinks they are a "specialty" bakery. So half these cakes are not nearly worth the money, but at least they look pretty.

I've never spent this much money on a cake before (I've lived in Kansas and Pennsylvania before, and nothing ever cost that much!)
