After reading that the folks supporting Cindy Sheehan are going on a bus tour culminating in Washington DC for the massive rally, and knowing that I'll be there, I can't help but feel that this is going to be a serious moment in the history in the United States. Has anyone here been a part of something that made headlines for days? I supported the Million Mom March in 2000 or 2001, I don't remember exactly, and I felt great about it. What about you guys?

time for me was in 2001, soon after the selection of shrubito was announced. I was one of eight at Houston City Hall protesting the selection of shrubito. I KNEW that with this man being in office, life as we Americans knew it was over.
