Poll question: Which is better?
A)
We are told that we should stick u pfor ourselves and stick it to management when they give us a raw deal.

B)
We need to do anything for money to survive, even if it means doing things we don't want to do.

1. A is obviously the preferable choice
But B is often what we end up doing out of necessity.

2. Depends..
I have had a job that allowed me to tell the general manager to "fuck himself." I have also found myself doing option B. But, being in that situation usually has ended up with me updating my resume.

3. I've got 29yrs, 9 months in a UAW job.
The older I've gotten the more I've seen that middle management is gypsy hell. Their all junk yard dogs looking to piss on anyone they can and put it on their resume.
