I'd vote for Daredevil. Daredevil is a hero who'd been through the mill, knows what evil is and tries to fight it, and has a sense of justice and compassion.
I can't imagine Daredevil letting minorities or the physically challened get the short end of the stick if he could help it or letting corporate criminals like Enron or Worldcom get away with their chicanery.

Probably Wonderwoman. Wonderwoman was not born in the US, and cannot serve under terms of the US Constitution because she was foreign-born. Wonderwoman is also a potential heir to the Themiscyran throne and has a conflict of interest.
Not that I don't think that Wonderwoman wouldn't make a fine President....

You get the brain of Dr. Banner and the almost unlimited muscle of the Hulk when you need it. Thats two for the price of one. At his worst moment the Hulk is smarted then Bush. "Hulk smash" is a great talking point.

I believe that because the oceans are his natural habitat, environmental concerns would be uppermost in his mind.
I think he would be a big patron of alternative fuel sources, and would try to stop global warming in its tracks since it would mess with the temperature of the world's oceans, and all his little aquatic creature buddies.
