1. Hell YES!
Pretty freakin' hot in Eagle Rock (LA County).

Just finished doing some yard work and I'm sopping wet. Yuck.

Going a few steps outside to the mailbox is like walking into a blast furnace.

3. According to the marquee at the car wash, the temp here in
Manhattan Beach is 84 right now...

This is a little bit higher than normal for us...

Compounding the problem is the fact that there is NO breeze...

Oh, but I love having the sun out!

:loveya:

6. 84 at the beach is hot! I'm 15 miles inland and its getting hotter!
Soon I have to leave for work in El Cajon, 10 miles more inland from where I am now. The AC isnt workin properly at the facility I work at so indoors it'll be around 90 degrees. We have to put fans and ice bags on the patients, many of whom are on ventilators and G-pumps.

11. Hi Steve!
I'm doing very well, thank you! Earthquakes are a way of life around here...and mostly they are NO big deal...of course there are exceptions, but we are ready, and we don't worry about them...

Look forward to seeing you!
