OK, What Are You Listening To Right Now? |
|
Edited on Sat Aug-27-05 02:56 PM by Dave Sund
Listening to LBC's "Red Tape Outtakes" for about the third time today, just finished listening to "Le Chanson Du Soldat (Soldier Song)," which, as the band wrote in the liner notes, was cut by Atlantic (then Elektra,) because "the war was 'over' and no one would care."
Record labels suck.
Moving on to Death Cab now, can't wait for the new album Tuesday.

Incredible song. you have prompted me to dig out my copy of "So Tonight That I Might See".
After that I think I'm going to throw in Primus' "Sailing the Seas of Cheese".

15. The XM reggae channel is pretty good, too. |

I listen to it whenever I ride in my dad's car. XM also has an unbelievably excellent jam band / prog station.

that I'm working on at the moment. It's called "Catch A Falling Star" -- it's a progressive rock "epic" that uses the Perry Como song as a jumping-off point. If that makes any sense . . .
