the channel with the Chiefs-Seahawks game is running Sirus promos right now

1. My Best Guess...
many of the NFL games on Sirius are actually broadcast on other streams (not specifically reserved for sports). Since they are pre-empting these channels, they probably want to get their content back on the air as soon as possible. This is just speculation on my part.
