"Mommy...I don't like being sick"
It's going to be a looooooong night. progspawn woke up from his nap this afternoon with a 102 degree fever, and spent much of the evening being sick. He was a real trouper, though...hardly complained at all. He's asleep....for now. :(

1. Oh, I'm so sorry progspawn is sick.
Mommy doesn't like progspawn being sick any more than progspawn likes to be sick. :grouphug: I hope he gets to feel better so you can feel better.

Hugs and good energies being sent out to you both. :grouphug:

:hi:

The alpha male boy triplet is having surgery on Monday...removal of adenoids and insertion of tubes in ears to relieve too-often recurrent ear infections that last for months. It is day surgery but he will be under general anesthesia. He is supposed to be kept quiet for the week afterward. Between his brother (who has never head butted me and so whom I consider to be the beta boy triplet) and sister racing around and raising hell, it will be torture for my niece...who is recovering from pneumonia.

I hope that progspawn feels better fast!

:hi:

7. I'm so sorry that your precious progspawn is sick...
I can remember when my girls were little like your little guy..

And how hard it was when they were sick...usually one at a time, but still...

You have my sympathies! Hope he feels better very quickly...

 :loveya:

13. I was joking but I'm serious as well
You gotta do something to boost that boy's immunities given the frequency of exposure and apparent vulnerability. PM me for more info if you so desire. I'll mail it to you if you haven't a Chinatown nearby.

Had to do something similar for my boy and he's fine now. Granted, different stuff works for different folks, but I'll bank on something that's totally affordable (dirt cheap) and has a 5000 year track record with no side effects whatsoever, anyday.

Oh kiss him anyway.

I remember that! Haven't had to do it for a while. It's hard when kids feel so crappy, and they don't really understand why. I spent a few long nights sitting by the crib, myself. Hang in there and I hope he feels better soon! :pals:
