U of Miami's "Chosen One" Winslow really IS a "f**king soldier" (proof)

God you just have to love the inventiveness and viciousness of SEC fans.

For those who aren't aware of this Kellen Winslow Jr. went on a tirade after Miami lost for the second week in a row and finished with ~~"This is WAR! I'm a f**king SOLDIER!"

ESPN's Mark May jumped all over these comments advising the young Winslow (BTW he was given that nickname by his father the former all-Pro)~"Get yourself a library card read a book read some part of a newspaper other than the sports section, football is a game it is not a war and you are not a soldier. There are people the same age as you dying everyday THEY are soldiers...." I really wanted to hear him tell "The Chosen ONe" to go enlist.

A partial transcript of the letter issued by Miami tight end Kellen Winslow II:
“To the University of Miami & U.M. President Donna Shalala,
With the deepest regret for comments made after the loss to the University of Tennessee I humbly apologize to the University of Miami, President Shalala, Athletic Director Paul Dee, Head Football Coach Larry Coker and my teammates.
After speaking with the press, I immediately regretted my comments and felt embarrassed for my family, my team, the University of Miami, our fans, alumni and myself. What I have learned from this experience is to take my triumphs and failures in stride.
My outburst should in no shape or form be a reflection on this institution or the Miami football program.
As for my reference to being a soldier in a war, I meant no disrespect to the men and women who have served, or are currently serving, in the Armed Forces. I cannot begin to imagine the magnitude of war or its consequences.”
