Do you have some 'signal' that you've trained her to respond to? My dh and I yell 'treat time!!' and all of our cats come running, even when there's company in the house (a couple are VERY shy) and they get some luscious cat food and catnip.

I saw your earlier thread but had nothing to offer you to help in your search or worry. I am so glad she has returned. How has Quinn handled the move?

7. Thanks for the concern and all everybody, I really appreciate it!!! |
|
WooHooo, the move is complete, and the living room is already unpacked and stereo/TV/home theater stuff is configured :)
I need to raise hell with the movers though because they tacked on charges I wasn't expecting and really f'ed me over. (It cost me more to move 3 blocks this time than it did to move 40 miles last time and no more furniture other than a TV)

They're both exploring and Quinn is being more social and loving than he has in months :)

14. He's being much more social than usual :) |
|
He's actually sitting on my desk and lounging instead of staying aloof like he always does. He's being a very friendly boy.
YAY. Maybe this move is good for kitties :)

16. Only drawback is that the main reason I moved (loud neighbors) |
|
seems to have not been resolved. My new ones are just as bad. :(
Oh well, it's the first day for me, let's wait a week and see how it shapes up.

Those little critters certainly can hide well. I've had times when I simply could not find one of my babies, and it's quite frightening. Glad she turned up!

27. I would have freaked out so bad if she'd been lost. |
|
She's such a loving little thing, and she's tiny, so she can't really take care of herself against bigger critters.
I seriously would have freaked, as in nervous breakdown time.

I'm so glad you found her. Cats are really good at making us worry, aren't they? Because we love them so much, and they still, in their heart of hearts, don't belong to us.

I lose Zilla every now and then, turns out he has been hiding on the roof of the house, having figured out how to get up and down via the big tree.
