And we were in New York (they have an office there) and we got the food to ship home.

4. VERY interesting........

I was on Atkins and lost 30+ pounds, felt pretty good, then my Kidneys started hurting like crazy.........I got scared and quit. I had the Kidneys checked out ok, but the weight all came back plus about four pounds. I am going to check this out. Thanks.

6. I quit smoking 7/21/05

And started working out and watching what I eat. I've lost almost 15 pounds so far. So it is possible to quit smoking and lose weight at the same time. Everybody I know is wondering how I'm keeping the weight off since I quit smoking. It just takes a little effort.
