Did anyone here use to participate on cnn.com chats?

I used to be addicted to that site. I was jeter there also. But it shut down a few years back.

Now I wonder how many people here use to participate there as well? If so, what was your name on that site?

The traffic was so high that it felt like a chat. Then I left for a few months and when I returned it was gone.

Do you know why they shut it down? Me thinks it has to do with the fact that it was often a bloodbath between the "patriots" and anyone who questioned anything about * soon after 9/11.

This was during the Clinton Impeachment. At first, the chats were quite good. You had conservatives and liberals. But soon it became a shouting match and nothing but attacks.
