I need the correct spelling for the old english word meaning "you"!!:shrug: :dunce:
Is it "Yea","yae", or "Ye"?

were both used, but used diferently, in a very similar manner to the use of tu and vous in French (for example).

5. Technically no such thing.
Spelling rules only came into play following the development of dictionaries, which themselves followed the development of printing - by definition this excludes Old English.

Singular form ("thou"): þu

Plural form ("you"): eow

The first character in the "thou" form should look like a letter 'p' with an extension. It's an Anglo-Saxon character called "thorn" that was pronounced like "th".

Those are the forms that would have been commonly used around 900 AD. The "you" form was not yet used as a polite singular at that time.
