How do they "Hand Craft" beer?
How does one "Hand Craft" a liquid?

I don't know, but I am very weary of this kind of hyperbole as well as fake "technical" wine and food descriptions, particularly the wine tasting ones.

it's not the "liquid" you will be handcrafting, it is the balance of the various ingredients :D

3. You ever see that Marx Brothers movie where Harpo works at
a lemonade stand. At one point he takes off his shoes and socks and rolls up his pants. Then he climbs on top of the glass lemonade tank and puts his feet in and begins peddling like he's riding a bike.

That's what I picture anyway.

5. Go spend some time with a homebrewer or a good microbrewery
If you get a chance, you will really enjoy the experience. . .Beer making is definitely an art as well as a science; and the human hand is needed to create a great beer.
