I gave my two-week notice today!

This will be my last week actually working at the store, since I had already arranged to have next week off for a friend's visit.

So many employees have left lately, and the other employees have gotten them cakes and going-away presents and stuff. How much do you want to bet I do NOT get that kind of send-off? Well, whatever...

On September 12, I will start my brand-new spiffy job as a full-time, paid political activist. I'll be canvassing door-to-door around Seattle, raising money and awareness about Social Security and other issues.
