Hurricane Katrina: MIHOP or LIHOP?
So what brought this new disaster to our shores? Did the BFEE put this all into motion? Or did they just have inside info from the start about TD(tropical depression)12 and what it would become, and just sat on it, waiting for it to happen?

So which theory do you support?

And isn't it curious that it got named Katrina? When the only Katrina most of us may have heard of would be Katrina vanden Heuvel, stalwart (and hottie) of the Nation magazine?
