This may seem silly but a little eerie to me regarding katrina..

A day before all this tragedy started happening I was up in Phoenix for pleasure at the Virgin Megastore and I purchased Cubanismo's "Mardi Gras" album which defines the musical relationship Cuba and New Orleans used to have...and then I come home to the terrible news (I hadn't been watching the news for days had no idea what was going on..)


While listening to the album on the way home all I could think about was how badly someday I'd like to visit New Orleans and just check the jazz scene something I've always wanted to do..
