Seriously......
This morning I was able to help a couple of people who came into the library looking for information on how to locate their loved ones in NOLA. Thanks to those of you who located and posted the information, I was able to hand out the necessary phone numbers and websites without having to search for it myself. I also called my dad and gave him the numbers because we have some cousins in NOLA still unaccounted for.
The city library system sent out requests for suggestions for disaster relief and I sent in the good rev cheesehead's flood bucket suggestion. I simply said that it was a wonderful suggestion posted on a website that I frequent (and I did credit the rev). We'll see what they decide to do.
I used several of the informative posts to prepare handouts for anybody else that needs the information. Thank You All.
