I hate them.

I got snuckered into doing a membership with them 3 years ago, my contract was up in August. I called them 8/2 to make sure it was over,

just called a few minutes ago and they "claim" they didn't get my 30 day notice and they are going to charge me one more month!

I was NOT counting on that and now with gas prices...shit

guess we won't eat a few meals :(

3. I though, once the contrat is over and you don't renew it, they cannot

charge you for any further service!

5. thats what I thought I raised hell so they got the owner

but the owner read the contract over the phone, there is a clause


They do note I called on 8/2/05 but...since I never "signed" anything...


the owner said I must come in person, I was irate and ranting, then he said he "normally doesn't do this, but was ending the contract after the 9/1 payment and I didn't need to come in.

I had the same problem with another company and once I explained that I really did cancel they were very gracious about it.
