for real. At Bark in the Park in Sterling Heights, Michigan a couple years ago, which is where that photo was taken I think.
The dog has appeared on the local news too. The owner says the dog does fine, just dribbles a lot.
I was seriously creeped out, tho. One of my boys (10 y.o Siberian) has a long tongue but nothin like that.
