Are you talking about London fog, which is pretty overpopulated and should be thinned out a bit. Or desert fog, which is an endangered species?

I think the fog species that are facing population pressures should be eligible for selective hunting to thin out the herd. But the endangered species type fogs should be monitored and placed in special controlled breeding and rehabilitation programs.
