Is Marshall University going to honor the pledge to give her a four year scholarship to become a teacher??

It's like there are two stories going on and they don't jive at all.

And how brave that lady Colonel must be to have nominated the boy from Kansas who actually did the fighting and pulled the ones from beneath the vehicle before the mortar could hit it for the Silver Star. She is blowing the whistle with that action.
