2. I don't really have to do much.
I live in NY. It can get pretty nasty here. I have all weather tires which work well. I always change my washer fluid to anti-freeze washer fluid. That is the key.

3. Yeah. Good thing Hondas don't need much coolant
Honda Type 2 coolant is ten bucks a gallon "do not add water." And you need two gallons.

8. Yeah...well...
Edited on Wed Nov-12-03 01:02 PM by VelmaD
it may be in the low 80s here in Austin today but we're supposed to have a 30 degree swing in the high temp between today and tomorrow. I'm really tired of switching back and forth between the air conditioning and the heater.

18. Boo Freaking Hoo!
Like i said, you are going to get a good talking to if you keep rubbing the warm weather in. My golf season is coming to an end here, and i'm not a happy camper.

Don't make me come down there!

9. Oh, I ain't braggin'. You think I like sweating in November?
It's disgusting. Plus it's humid. I'd much rather have it freezing cold then have to endure this. Texas has four months of winter and eight months of summer.

19. You're Doing It Again!
If i can't golf, i don't want to hear about anybody else's warm weather. Also, in the winter, my guitars have to be all reset, since the necks change. Pain in the butt!

Like i said before, don't make me come down there!

6. Damn your lucky
I'm at my computer waiting for it to warm up before I get started. We had a clear cold night last night and it is a bright sunny day.

13. Am I the only one who hates the winter sun?
Permanent morning is not fun after a while. I miss the summer's high noon sun.

10. What does "winterize" your car mean?
I replaced the windshield wipers. Does that count?

14. Yeah. Had to wax, polish and put the cover on the CONVERTIBLE since it's
dropping below 70 degrees at night now... Just doesn't seem right to drive it when it's so chilly, you know?

I'll put it away until it warms up, I suppose.

ahem

16. Let the summer air out of my tires last weekend.
Put a half-cord of wood in the trunk just in case.

Stored a 144-count box of Twix bars in the back seat for emergency rations. Check status daily/remove expended wrappers from front floor of car.

Put the "I Shall Survive" three-wick survival/aromatherapy candle in the coffee can with water proof matches.

Check. Check. Check.

17. Don't have to really winterize my car in Georgia.
Temperatures rarely go below 30s and 20s in winter. And maybe snows once.
