been sleeping pretty much the entire time i'm home, but my boss has been guilting me into going to work. i've left early the last 2 days. does the salt water help the pain? i've been taking aleve as often as i'm allowed

A cup of hot water, a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and honey to taste. It's very soothing and kind of comforting.

soothes, but no caffeine so it won't kept you awake.
