Did anyone watch the PBS show on Medal of Honor winners yesterday?

It was very good. Worth watching if it is shown again.

1. I have seen it but not last night

and I am proud to say I am and always be a proud member of teh Naval Hospitalo Corp. And the corp has been awarded more of the medals than all other services combined.

2. I watched it.....truely, profiles in courage.

Almost to a man they seemed to agree that the real heros were the ones that never made it back. For some, the medal seemed to be a burden. We may doubt the civilian leaders who use war to further personal, political agendas...but those that are willing to make the personal sacrifice are a pretty special breed.

3. I saw it last night.

A good point was made that many valiant and heroic acts have been made but they weren't witnessed by anyone or the witnesses didn't live long enough to tell about it.
