Call me late - just watched WMD on IFC |

Weapons of Mass Deception, a film by former 20/20 producer Danny Schecter - surprisingly candid and truthful. Talked about how the US media went lockstep with the gubment into spouting propaganda. A little slow in the middle, and it never got into the * regime, but did instead focus on how the media owners cowtowed to the WH and pentagon for acce$$.

2. I found that shocking as well |
|
especially when they had the journalists move to a so-called safe (coordinated) location - and they filmed the tank that shot them. The poor guy on the roof top of the one bldg shook me too.

4. What shocked me too was how the media gobbled everything up |
|
that was spouted out at the contrived press conferences. And how at the end of the movie it was hinted that the next time could be worse. Hopefully critical thinking will stay alive.
