6. A little over a week now...

Zinc tabs and vaporizer, rest when possible, avoiding milk products (phlegm-producers), chicken noodle soup and plenty of water. Ibuprofin and Robitussin when it was at its worst.

My energy was much better this morning. Some things just take time.

Not fun...I should've taken the zinc earlier, I think.

Hope you can't catch it via the internet! :D

7. I think you are supposed to take the zinc

at the onset. It's not a cure but it is supposed to shorten the duration.

Haven't caught anything over the Net yet, not even a virus. I'm a Mac person. :-)
