we moved the car this time though... but those poor peopLe on the ground fLoor who Lost everything the Last fLood (about a month ago now) are about to Lose everything again. :(

whew!! it's supposed to stop in about an hour.
but then it's gonna pick up again either tomorrow night, or saturday morning as opheLia gets here.

9. We left for a weekend once, and came back to a flooded apartment.

All our carpet was soaked. The apartment managers told us to open the doors and turn on fans. After a couple weeks, we still had damp spots in the bedrooms. They came in and sprayed "disinfectant" on the carpet. Real reassuring. I'm sure that would just annihilate mold and shit in the padding.:eyes:

with us, they're reaLLy good to us, so we don't ever even think of fucking them Like that.
