How do I cook a Vegetarian for the Holidays?
I need recipe Ideas, FAST!

I have one coming for dinner, and I'm not sure what type of stuffing to use. He's very LEAN.... Need a stuffing that would fatten him up a bit.

1. Stringy meats need a long cook time.
I suggest a slow braise, or possibly a stew.

15. Umm...
I don't think you read the question carefully enough.

Perhaps you could ask the Fiji villagers for advice?

4. Never been a fan of stews or other forms..
I am an old fashioned kind of guy. I prefer the slow-roasted with a spit over an open fire method.

You might want to use some sort of BBQ sauce, or possibly some other form of glazing.

5. Do you need a meal for the holiday
or for other meals during the holidays because the Vegan will be there for a few days? I have a meal that I make once in a while because I like it. I'm not Vegetarian.

13. Dont cook him
it will take all of the valubale nutrients from his flesh. I'd say make sushi out of him by cutting him nice and lean.
