1. Maybe they're half right. Maybe God ~is~ sending us a message. |
|
The message is:
"Jeeze, if I knew a storm was all it was going to take to get you to see that monkey in the White House for the butthead that he is, I'd have sent you one a long time ago. In fact, - here, - have another."

3. 80-mile-an-hour straightline winds reported |
|
Power out in the town I grew up in (Maple Grove).
Lots of damage in Hennepin County (Minneapolis) and tornados spotted in Ramsey County (St. Paul). Plus it's still building up and moving into Wisconsin.
Things are getting interesting...

|
"May your children live in interesting times."
OK, they said it to your parents.......

6. Just heard three houses were destroyed in Andover, MN |
|
which is 20 miles north of Minneapolis. Unfortunately people are trapped inside, too. Don't know if it was a tornado or straight-line winds.
Andover is a fairly new bedroom community, so I'm guessing it was a twister-- straight-line winds have to be pretty strong to knock down three houses.

Virtually nothing here...a little rain, some fireworks, but no hail or nasty winds.

I hate tornadoes, not scared of them, just hate them, so capricious, and vicious.
Now, if it destroyed the Vikings and their stadium... (Just adding a little levity to a serious topic.)

We may be unloading Tice in the near future...need an O-lines coach? (he is a decent line coach, terrible O Coordinator and even more dismal Head Honcho!)
