Thanks, DU, for hooking me up with Howard Zinn!

A few months a go, I asked for some suggestions for some American History texts which weren't copied directly from "Schoolhouse ROck".

A few of you mentioned Zinn, and I'm currently reading his "Twentieth Century", which is a pared-down collection from "A Peoples' History of the United States".

I'm really enjoying it, and reccommend it highly.

Thanks to those of you who suggested Mr. Zinn.
