Grrr....

Bought, or thought I bought, a shrinkwrapped copy of Photoshop for mac.

Jumped through all of the seller's hoops, now the check is cashed and I'm out 185 bux and no Photoshop.

Grrr.....

Contact them, they may be able to help you out.

You can also contact your Credit Card company, if that's how you paid. They can reverse any payment.

Last resort, but it works:

if the seller is in a different state than you are, they have committed a FEDERAL offense. You can send the FBI after them. A friend of mine did that after all else failed, and he received a courier-delivered refund cheque four days after calling the Mail Fraud branch of the Bureau.

6. Had a similar experience!

I bought a rare CD on Ebay, the buyer didn't accept Debit Cards or Paypal. The only option for me was 'other' as payment. I emailed him about how to pay him (and I was notwilling to send a check to an ebay seller, really) and he never responded.


GODDAMNIT I wanted that CD!!!! Anyone got the Propagandhi CD less talk more rock cd???? I will buy it!!!

edit: I got burned on a mousepad. Ebay is so sketchy.
