Angry... Burnt on ebay. Ask me anything.
Grrr....

Bought, or thought I bought, a shrinkwrapped copy of Photoshop for mac.

Jumped through all of the seller's hoops, now the check is cashed and I'm out 185 bux and no Photoshop.

Grrr.....

So what do you want to know about me?

1. Contact Ebay's fraud department...
Don't give up so easily. Have you talked to the seller?

3. Have you seen the reflective porn on ebay?
I haven't but saw a news report about LMAO. So did they take your money and not produce or did a sniper bidder like myself get the better of you?
Hehehe I never bid on anything until about the last 30 seconds.

6. took my money and ran.... Didn't deliver product.
I bid early but when it's something I want, I watch at the last minute, too. I don't mind sniping.

7. pushing 60 days, some negative feedback, but it was like 2 years ago.
I assume that my negative will get her kicked, but I want to try to recoup our funds first. Or get the software, either one.

11. request seller info..
you can usually get a phone number and address by requesting seller info. Perhaps if you send a registered (signature required to receive) letter with an official-looking memo inside announcing that you will be pressing charges soon, that will get the point across and she will give you your cash back. Just a thought.

14. I have her info, both sets, in fact. Pre hurricane and post hurricane.
I've made several calls, lots of email, receipt required email....

No dice.

I tried to be patient, because she IS in Chesapeake VA.... and Isabel did suck.

but.

This has gone on long enough.

8. Did you read the review of the guy before buying??
Regardless, put up a negative review to prevent further fraud.

16. Been an Ebay buyer for almost 4 years and only been burnt once.
A Lubitel camera from Russia, seller's name was "Mikadox"...Ebay's "Fraud department" was a joke back then.

I even had people emailing me saying "Beware! this guy screws people!"

Live and learn....

17. Always use your credit card on eBay.
If you don't get what you paid for, whether it is never delivered or it isn't as the seller described it, you can get your money back from your credit card company. Just make sure you print out a copy of the auction page, save any correspondence you have with the seller, and dispute it as soon as it appears on your credit card statement.
