I can't stop yawning
I am at work since 1 1/2 hours. It is 9.30am. I don't know why I keep yawning. I am yawning while I type this. I want back in my bed

2. Isn't work where we...
...rest up for our busy weekends?

Isn't there some cozy place in the stacks or something where you can go take a quick 20-minute "Powernap"? Those can help enormously.

Other people might say to get up and move around to wake yourself up, but that seems unnecessarily risky. :)

Have a good day and a great weekend!

32. Possibly...
The term is "photo shoot" my dear... "photo shooting up" is something else entirely, I think. ;)

Photo shoot is unlikely, but there's a music festival and Octoberfest this weekend, so I may venture out to one or both of those, camera in hand. :)

Yeah, I knew that walking around idea wouldn't thrill you too much... it is a radical notion. :)

25. Tense, probably.
Do you have some nice chamomile tea? That stuff rocks.

Get some exercise about 4 - 5 hours before going to bed, too, that helps. And knock off the caffeine starting about then too.

If you have insomnia as a matter of course you should look into meditation or self-hypnosis. I used to have awful insomnia. I'm better now, mostly. Although I don't know why I'm up now. Yes, I do, I ate WAY too much for dinner and it woke me up. :P

That's all I've been living on all day. I think all my blood in my body was replaced by Mountain Dew.

30. Yep, that'll do it.
If you wanna go to sleep at 10 you should start knocking off that stuff about 5 or 6. And a cup of chamomile before bed will sort of "train" you to start relaxing.

Chocolate has caffeine, too. I once ate an entire bar of dark chocolate really late in the day and man was I WIRED! :P

Saturday I drank 1 1/2 litres coke during the day. I am not used to coffein anymore (no coffee, no black tea at the moment, rarely a coke). I finally was able to sleep at 6am.

it is late for you. But I just got up only 3 hours ago. I shouldn't be that tired. Went to bed around midnight, so I actually had enough sleep.

31. Actually, I was being sappy sweet.....
...because the old saying is, if one places a pea underneath the mattress of a princess, then she will feel it, and have an awful night of sleep. Knowing who you are, I just assumed that's what happened to you...;-) :P
