Is this a divorcable offense?

I was watching the Red Sox the last couple of nights and was getting pissed in the early innings due to less than memorable performance by the olde towne team. My wife said, "Relax, they won the world series last year, give another team a chance"

I think that is cruel and unusual and qualifies as a divorcalbe offense. any thoughts?
