One (1) functional failure occurred during the 34 month period spanning February 14, 2001 to December 9, 2003, for Scoping Table function 1.02TT3. The failure that occurred was associated with the Steam Generator #1 Main Steam Flow Valve Position Output Flangepipe and its output to the “B” SGFP from the CRM114 Alpha and X-Ray Cabinets.
