I just got a new puppy!!

I'm so excited that I thought I'd share! She's a 10-week-old English Cocker. More photos at my blog if you care to see.

I had a 16 1/2-year-old dog (she died just last month). She was great company the whole time.

3. So what's the difference between an ECS, and an ACS?
When I was a kid the family down the street had a Cocker(probably american) that had puppies. I've had a soft spot for Cocker's ever since.

5. English Cockers are a little bit larger overall...
and they have longer muzzles, and less bulging eyes compared to the American Cockers. English Cockers are a lot less common in the US.

22. Thanks. Sweetie was a great dog...
she had 16 1/2 terrific years, and we loved her so much that we couldn't wait to get another dog.

And Penelope does indeed have a little fat puppy belly. She loves to have her belly rubbed!

23. I love puppies but I hate taking care of them.
I prefer to have an older dog.

Good luck and how sweet!
