Bell's Special Double Cream Stout. Perplexing.

The name has so much promise. But I don't think I like it.

2. Probably because Bell's puts two tons of yeast into -everthing-

Great brewery, though. Their expedition stout is a beautiful chocolatey 11.5% ABV monster even though it pours like used motor oil, and their brown ale (has an owl on it) is really good for autumn and early winter.

4. It's risky--sometimes you can get a skunked batch from Bell's

Where all you can taste is the wet cardboard oxidation taste. x( If you get a good sample, though, it's really really good. :hi:
