Been dealing with this crap for a week now. Congestion, head the size of a watermelon, blah blah blah (which is how I feel -- blah). Can any of the Loungers out there send me "Get Well" wishes? Need all the help I can get!

Literally.
Though I'm almost better now.
I recommend NeoCitron. Works wonders (for me at least) and tastes delicious.

7. Here's some get well wishes.... |

...BTW, my wife just got back from Seattle and La Conner. It was the first time she had ever been to the great NW. She said it was the most beautiful area she'd ever been to. She absolutely loved La Conner.

Been going on three weeks for me. Finally went to a walk-in clinic on Friday. Doc says I've got a sinus infection. I'm really poor so the doc was nice enough to give me free samples of an anti-biotic and sinus meds to try and get rid of it. Can't say I feel much better yet though - maybe a little. At least we can be sick and miserable together huh? What do you mean that doesn't make you feel better? Hrmph. :P :)

I'm glad you got some help, and that you were able to get some free meds.
(Sorry for the repeat here folks). I had this same thing a few years ago, and was sicker than I've been in my life, except for right after I was born.
The last time I felt this way, I was sure it was a cold, and it would go away. Not so. I had sinitus, bronchitis, and another itis, and was sick as a dog for three weeks. The antibiotics helped, but made everything but regular Pepsi taste like a salt lick! I was on the Pepsi Diet for over a week --- the only good thing about that was I lost 25 pounds! However, I think I'd rather find a healthier way to lose weight.

15. Sometimes the antibiotics really help |
|
even though they mess with my stomach and make everything taste weird like you said. But just think how much you'll appriciate being well once you finally get better! If it seems like it's not going away quickly, I highly recommend going to a walk-in clinic. I just wish I hadn't waited through three weeks of sickness to do so. What can I say - I hate going to doctors and I imagine myself to be invincible! Doh! Oh well. I'll drink this shot of Robotussin in your honor.

I'm not going to wait....gonna call my doc tomorrow. I learned my lesson several years ago after ignoring the same symptoms, and being sick sick sick the whole time I was in Vegas on vacation. I think if I didn't make an appointment now, my hubby would throw me over his shoulder and deliver me personally! We're headed to Vegas in about 10 days, and he does not really want a repeat of what happened before, nor do I!

I am so sorry to hear that, I know how awful sinus problems can be. the march last Sat must have been extra challenging, and you were so gracious and determined.
Hope the meds help!
