Chewed out my "supervisor" & got offered a promotion on the same day!
Edited on Tue Oct-04-05 06:02 PM by Darth_Kitten
yikes, what a first day back from holidays! :silly:

My "supervisor" (I guess what you would call a floor supervisor, I don't know anymore) is a vindictive bully who needs to nitpick me, and today I shot back an email basically explaining that no, she is wrong, I didn't do things the way she said. (she sent me an email explaining something I did wrong, I didn't. she is never so concerned over her friends in the section) Trust me, this woman is major trouble.
Thing is, I'm always so "nice" to her, because of course, hey, I have to work with her, but I will not be nitpicked by her anymore. :( Nitpick your friends, the ones who actually do make major mistakes. She sent me this snotty email when I was on my holidays. Bite me, bag.

I copied my email and sent it to the ACTUAL supervisor, who of course, was no help. Go see your "supervisor" (always passing the buck, but hey at 60,000 per year, I guess you can) :eyes:

Anyways, got an interview for another part of the department for a promotion today as well. I'm still debating about this job, great new people to work with and be supervised by, but I still have to think it over because there are a few changes. :) So I have a while to think this one over!

What a day. :(

1. I would take the promotion
Not only would it be a promotion, but it sounds like you need to work with different people. Change isn't always bad and you'll be working with the same company so it isn't like it isn't the great unknown.

2. that's the "pro" of it...
but I have to make a decision when I've given it some thought, but I figure if hey, I'm going to be miserable anyways, be miserable for more money! ;)
