I missed a critical scene of "Lost" tonight. A little help...?

I missed the scene directly after Jack and Locke picked up the film cannister entitled "Orientation". The rest of the scenes I watched implied they had viewed it and that the film gave a reason as to what the underground complex was and the consequences of not pushing "execute" before the timer runs down...

What was the film they watched?

1. the film was weird (SPOILERS)

some weird scientist dude was on talking about psychology and BF Skinner's theories of operant conditioning. It was produced by a group called Dharma. Their logo seems to be all over the hatch. the guy says that it must be a two man team that will be in charge of pressing the button on the computer. when the guy is about to say what happens if the button isn't pressed, the video skips and then the credits roll. locke wants to see the video again but jack says no. then the power goes out.
