I have 3 dogs! Lolly is a miniature pinscher. I also have a chow/heeler mix (3 years old) and my newest edition a 9 month old golden retriever/Australian shepherd mix. I have my hands full, but my Lolly has the best personality of any dog I've ever had and I've had lots!

I got all misty for a moment thinking back to our Sheeba, an Italian Greyhound, who had a face much like Lolly's and indeed, pranced and danced, loped and leapt and did, indeed, run with the deer just for the fun of it.

18. I've read that her breed came originally

from the dachshund and Italian greyhound. She has the face of both. Sometimes I see a dachshund and I see Lolly's face. I know a woman who had an Italian Greyhound and her dog's face looks like Lolly's too. I know for sure the height and leanness come from the greyhound!

but right now, we've got a beautiful black lab named Desdemona and a Jack Russell Terrier with the ubiquitous name. And they keep us plenty busy and need lots and lots of love and attention.

I see LOTS of I.G. in your Lolly. It's that graceful innocence.
