Took it after a recent procedure, and it was great. Took my fever away and calmed the pain without any alteration in mental function or acuity (although it did make me a little sleepy)
Was expecting to feel "stoned", but it just took away the pain and fever and left my brain unfried.
How does Rush get high on this stuff?
Tried to use as few as possible, though, because it wasn't so hot on the old...uh...regularity, shall we say.

Cut back to spare my digestive system.
Stopped completely before coming back to work just in case my definition of "clearheaded" at work was different then my definition of "clearheaded" while laying in bed watching Oprah....

Oxycontin. That's what Rush was using. And yes it is constipating. All opiates are (true narcotics).

And I don't take any other drugs at all, other than ibuprophen, so it's not some sort of "tolerance".
