Won't buy it for my PC until it gets down to $19.99 though. It's currently at $29.99.
Finally bought Simcity 4 w/ expansion pack integrated (essentially a $20+$20 value).

Zelda - My sister has a videogame thingamajig but I don't. :( (Unless you count my Atari 2600 - it still functions dammit!)
Simpsons Hit & Run looks pretty good... but I'm basically an arcade-style-game person, and occasionally a wander-around-a-weird-environment-game person.

glad i aint the only one.
Did u find that alternate universe through that worm hole in the Crosair space? Me and a coule of my firends did that on multi-player, and it was guarded by "Nomads" who had level 10 cannons/blasters and 2 plantes that we found when we were there. Both Planets had docking rings. the first planet was populated only by robots and had nothing for sale and who spoke with human voices. The 2nd planet, and I shit u not, was populated by mokeys and apes! I'm talking about Planet of the ape style. They even repaired our Titans. It was bizzare. At first I thought I was really tired when I saw a baboon at the Equipment screen. I'll have to get the sector name and cordinates. It was in a radiation cloud in the middle of a ship graveyard.

I climbed to 24 then got bored out. But the game was pretty exciting.
Max Payne 2 was well, short and sweet.

i dont think it matters on multiplayer, it just can u survive getting there. you need level 10 shields for the very hvy fighter. The one that was equiped with a titan had over 8,000 hit point. The Titan is a Crosair ship you can find at the Tripoli station or on the planet Crete. You have to take some wormholes and brave through radiation clouds to get there. But you can get (so far) the best fighter in the game plus alien artifacts to sell for a little over a hundred credits, or find the right zone and collect them for free from the crosairs. if you r interested, IM and I'll put together the details how to get there exactley.

I just saw Temple of Elemental Evil and want it SO bad! A couple years ago a good friend of mine tried to run that game as a RPG (it was originally a D&D game set. It took us 3 weeks just to get to the temple! He was so pissed he quit the game. lmao
I played a game recently called Freelancer (2003?), awsome space simulation game. The multi-played aspect is incrediable. So many various paths you can take. We spent 3 days straight playing it, only to break for a nap here and there.

I had been let down by the last few star wars games (Obi Wan, Outcast) but KTOR was a lot of fun the first time I played as a good guy, and even more fun the next time when I played as a bad guy.

10. Once again TIME doesn't get it |

They are developing a NOTORIOUS reputation for overrating video games -- ESPECIALLY pumping up unpopular picks in time for the holiday season.
A few of these are good- but not game of the year good. Even Zelda.

Some happen to blow at the same time.
Most of them landed in the bargain bin after two weeks in the shelves (Republic, Tron) Where are the real choices?
Freelancer? KotOR? Port Royale? (OK: European Games probably not present on the US market) Gothic II? XIII?
