Help - I need biorhythm/internal clock suggestions |

I posted in the meeting room but it's kind of slow there..I'm about to change company's/jobs (big increase in salary and status :-)) but the hours are 1pm-10pm (and I'm normally a morning person). Does anyone have any suggestions regarding how I can adapt more easily? ...books, tapes, articles, techniques? Thanks for any help!

Ok I havent really changed biorythm but I never suffer from jetlag.
It's easy aswell just force yourself immediately to work like the new time schedule.
What I mean is.. the first time when you sleep you will probably not get much sleep and just lay there in bed.. and you'll be really tired at work but force yourself to work and work normally.. adrenaline will help you.. when you get home youll be realy tired but WAIT until "evening"(when you should go to sleep) to go to bed.. dont go to bed asson as you get home. Hang in there after 2-3 days you will have adjusted.

too. So I know I need to get started with that. I just read an article about light and the retina. Anybody out there know anything about that or have other suggestions?

3. Melatonin is good for resetting your clock |

Decide the best time to go to sleep and take a dose of melatonin a half-hour before. I don't recommend frequent use of the stuff but once or twice should be ok.

Your body may get used to it and stop producing it's own or it might make other unforeseen changes in body chemistry. Just a rule of thumb I follow, especially if your not taking something under doctor's orders.
